i had to reach out to tremblant.ca with a question about my booking, and it took longer than i expected to hear back. once they did reply, the info was helpful and the person was polite, so i appreciated that. i just felt like i was waiting around and checking my email more than i should have been. not a terrible experience, but not amazing either. it would be a lot better if they responded a little faster, especially when it’s trip-related.

The mountain itself was really nice, and we did have some fun once we were actually out there. That said, the whole experience was kind of frustrating. Parking was a mess, the lines felt like they took forever, and the food prices were ridiculous. The staff were fine, not overly friendly but not rude either. I want to say it was worth it because the scenery was great, but at the same time, for what we paid, I left feeling disappointed.

The restaurants around Tremblant were kind of disappointing. For the prices, I really expected better ?? We had long waits, the fries came out cold, and the pasta was bland. The staff was nice enough, so that helped a bit, but the food quality definitely needs some work. Just didn’t feel worth it for a resort area.

I used tremblant to look up lift tickets and lodging, and umm, it was actually straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, and the dates and prices were easy enough to understand. I was able to find what I needed without having to click around too much

I rented skis from Tremblant for a weekend and overall it was fine. The gear was in decent condition, nothing fancy, but it did the job. Pickup took longer than I was expecting, though it felt like I showed up at the worst possible time because the staff seemed rushed. The price also felt a bit high for what it was. Not a bad experience, just one that probably would’ve been smoother with better timing

I like how close the food shops are. When I’m hungry, I don’t have to overthink it or make a big plan—I just go with whatever’s nearby and grab something quick. Super convenient.

I had a really good time at Tremblant, and I think a big part of that was how nice the staff were. I’m not always the most confident figuring out where to go or what to do, so I probably asked a few obvious questions, but nobody made me feel silly for it. The lift staff, hotel front desk, and even the people at the food spots were all friendly and helpful. Maybe that sounds like a small thing, but it made the whole trip feel a lot easier and more enjoyable.

the place was super clean and really well kept. everything felt fresh and tidy, which made the whole visit really comfortable.

Some of the lifts did stop working a bit too often, which was kind of annoying, but the staff dealt with it well.

The beginner info was clear, and I could find lessons and easier runs without clicking around forever. Booking was straightforward too, which was a nice relief. It definitely helped me feel more prepared, and now I’m actually kind of excited to get out there.

I really liked how the trails had a good mix of easy stretches and steeper parts. Some sections were super relaxing, and then suddenly I was kind of questioning my life choices on the uphill bits, but in a good way. Overall, it was fun and not too overwhelming, though definitely a bit of a workout.

It’s definitely not what I’d call cheap, but booking early and going for more than one day made it feel a lot more reasonable. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny coffee stain on my notebook while I was comparing the dates, and now I associate that with buying the pass. Anyway, the pass worked perfectly at the lifts and we had a solid few days on the mountain. I’d give it 4 stars

Not gonna lie, staying in one of the lodgings we booked through Tremblant made the whole weekend so much easier. The location was really handy—we could walk to the lifts, restaurants, and shops without needing the car once. With bags and ski gear, that made things way less stressful. Check-in was simple too. I’d definitely book in the same area again

had a good day overall. the snow was nice for the most part, though it got a little icy in a few spots later on. the groomed runs were really fun, and the lift lines weren’t too bad either. i’d give it 4 stars.

It ain't exactly not expensive, but it's not too crazy either. I’d say it’s a bit pricey, though still reasonable enough if you really want it.

The kids had a really good time and booking was super easy. Only thing is I wish the food options were a bit cheaper.
